L-Bar Multipacker-2219MP
Product Description: Multipacking products in shrink film can often eliminate the need for chipboard pads or trays. The standard Texwrap 2219 L-Sealer can be equipped with a multipacker option which allows product to be fed from a right-angle infeed and combined automatically into a multi-unit package. The program is simply set for the desired number of units per row and a pusher bar is activated when that number is reached. The pusher can also be set for the number of rows desired and is only limited by the size of the sealing area.

Product Description: Radiant convection tunnels- Often misnamed simply “convection” tunnels, Texwrap prefers to call this type of tunnel “radiant” convection as opposed to the more common “forced air” convection. Since “convection” simply refers to the transfer of heat from a source to another object through a medium (air) both types of tunnels are actually convection tunnels.
Overhead Compression Tunnels
Product Description: Texwrap’s overhead compression tunnels are designed to wrap products which easily curl, distort, or move around during the shrink process either because of the weight of the product, the film’s shrink force, or the velocity of the heated air. The design of this type of tunnel uses a top belt to compress or hold the product flat against the bottom belt to insure that even the lightest or thinnest package will come out of the tunnel flat.
Poly/Bundling Tunnels
Product Description: Texwrap’s bundling tunnels are specially designed to be used with polyethylene films. More commonly known as "shrink poly" these films shrink in a completely different way than do typical polyolefin shrink films. Shrink poly shrinks as it cools after it leaves the tunnel. Texwrap bundling tunnels are equipped with plastic mesh belts. On tunnels where the products will be very lightweight, a Teflon mesh belt is normally used. On tunnels where the products will be heavier, we change to a plastic grid belt with a positive sproketed drive roller.
